Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Athlnet account, what data is deleted, and what data may be retained.
Delete your account in the Athlnet app
In the Athlnet app: Profile > Delete my account.
Confirm deletion. This action is irreversible.
If you no longer have access to the app
Send a request to contact@athlnet.app and include your account details (linked email or phone number).
Our team will reply to confirm and process the request.
Data deleted
Profile data (name, description, photos, sports, location, and account preferences) is deleted.
Profile photos stored for the account are deleted.
Data that may be retained
No active profile data is retained after account deletion.
Minimal technical data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance for the legally required period.
Subscription billing records (if applicable) are managed by Apple App Store / Google Play under their own retention policies.
